Our Story
Fruit wine that refuses to blend in
Lane’s Clink Liquor exists to give British drinkers a genuine alternative — bold, fruit-led wines built around real flavour rather than convention.
Why fruit wine
Most of the alcohol aisle is spoken for. Grape wine has its vineyards, beer has its breweries, spirits have their stills — and drinkers who want something genuinely different are left choosing between the same few names. Fruit wine sits somewhere that feels fresh: it is wine in the broadest sense, but built on the bright, recognisable character of fruit people already love.
Lane’s Clink Liquor was founded on that idea. Not to chase a trend, but to put a bold, fruit-led alternative in front of drinkers who are ready for one.
Our philosophy
We believe drinks should have a point of view. Every Lane’s Clink wine is built around the character of real fruit — Cherry, Tropical, Sparkling Red Berry, Sparkling Orange, Passionfruit and Raspberry — bottled at 14% ABV and made to be shared, not sipped politely.
Premium, but not precious. Bold, but not a gimmick. Fruit wine that stands on its own merits, whether poured at a celebration, mixed into a cooler, or drunk over ice on a warm evening.
Our ambition
Our aim is simple: to make Lane’s Clink a recognisable name for fruit wine in the UK — and, in time, beyond it. We want independent shops, bars, restaurants and drinkers to reach for bold fruit wine because it earns its place, not because there was nothing else on the shelf.
Built on a story
Lane’s Clink was founded by Kevin Lane, whose own journey gives the brand its unconventional edge. His story is part of who we are — but the wine is the point. You can read the verified founder story on the Kevin Lane page.
