Lane's Clink Liquor Ltd (“we”, “us” or “our”) delivers fruit wine across the United Kingdom. Every order is shipped with age-checked delivery in secure, protective packaging so your bottles arrive in perfect condition. Last updated: 22 September 2026.
1. Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses across the UK mainland.
We are not always able to deliver to certain remote regions, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Islands and other offshore locations. If we are unable to deliver to your address, we will contact you to arrange a refund or an alternative where possible.
2. Delivery times
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed, subject to stock availability and age-verification checks.
Standard delivery usually arrives within 2–4 working days of dispatch. During busy periods, severe weather or events outside our reasonable control, dispatch and delivery may take longer.
Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless we expressly agree otherwise.
3. Delivery charges
We charge a flat rate of £3.99 per order for standard UK mainland delivery. The exact delivery charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Any applicable surcharges for remote or offshore locations, where delivery is available, will be clearly displayed before you submit your order.
4. Age verification on delivery
Alcohol may only be sold to and received by people aged 18 or over. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the alcohol will not be supplied to anyone under 18.
Our delivery partner operates a Challenge 25 policy and will verify the recipient’s age on delivery. Please have valid photographic ID ready – such as a passport, photocard driving licence or PASS-accredited proof-of-age card.
If satisfactory proof of age cannot be provided, or no one aged 18 or over is available to accept the delivery, the courier may refuse to hand over the alcohol and the goods may be returned to us or held for redelivery.
5. Receiving your delivery
Please ensure someone aged 18 or over is available to accept the delivery. Alcohol must not be left unattended or in a nominated “safe place” where doing so would breach our delivery policy, carrier requirements or applicable licensing conditions.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
6. Failed deliveries
If you are not in when delivery is attempted, the carrier will usually leave a card or contact you to rearrange delivery.
Where a delivery cannot be completed because no one eligible is available, proof of age cannot be provided, the address is incorrect or delivery is refused for legitimate licensing reasons, the goods may be returned to us or held by the courier for redelivery.
Where permitted by law, we may deduct reasonable additional delivery or return costs from any refund where the failed delivery resulted from circumstances for which you were responsible. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
7. Damaged or lost parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or a parcel is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date, with your order number and, if possible, a photograph.
We will work with our delivery provider to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
8. Events outside our control
We will take reasonable steps to deliver within the estimated period, but we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, transport disruption, courier delays, industrial action or supply-chain disruption.
Where consumer law gives you rights concerning late delivery, those rights remain unaffected.
